Our credit card processing partner is Authorize.net, a worldwide leader in secure Internet credit card authorization and transaction processing. Because our sole mission is to help you and your group raise money quickly, easily and efficiently, you and your supporters will never receive solicitations, spam, or other forms of communication from any third party.
The web pages used to enter personal information are encrypted and tested daily. You'll notice the URL's on pages which require the entry of personal information begin with "https." The "s" means it's secure.

(Online Donations understands your concerns concerning privacy on the Internet and take them very seriously and we will protect your privacy at all times. Raising money online through our proprietary software is strictly permission and voluntarily based. Please note that by registering your group or team with OnlineDonations, you are agreeing to the practices detailed below. Please read and feel free to inquire with any questions or concerns.

THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT FROM YOU AS A CAMPAIGN MANAGER

When you create a secure account on OnlineDonations for the purpose of creating a fundraising page for your team or group, we collect your name, title, email address, mailing address, and information about what your plans and goals are for the money you raise. We will never share your information with any third party unless you give us express consent. Further, as the campaign manager and authorized agent for your organization, you agree to to never use, share, rent or solicit donors for any other purpose.

THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT FROM YOU AS A FUNDRAISER

If you are voluntarily participating in an OnlineDonation "ALL IN" fundraiser for your organization, we collect only the fundraisers name, email address, and when age appropriate, an optional contact phone number supplied by you or the campaign manager. These items allow us to ensure proper credit for all received donations and allows each fundraiser full visibility to track and monitor all activity during the campaign. This information is also used to thank each donor for their gift, and deliver receipts for financial purposes. At no time will we ever share your information with a third party unless you give us express consent.

THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT FROM YOUR SUPPORTERS

If you donate on OnlineDonations "ALL IN" campaign, our system only stores a donor name and associated email address. If you choose to support a fundraiser using our platform, all vital information is collected at checkout and processed through our trusted partner, Authorize.net, a secure worldwide payment processor. We will only use your payment details for the purpose of processing your donation for our payment processor; we never store any of your information. REFERRAL OFFERS FROM ONLINE DONATIONS

We are committed to helping our organizations raise as much money as possible during their "ALL IN" campaign. We know that "Good deeds make good news." So instead of saying "Look at us" we love it when our groups say "Look at them." Our goal is to provide such a great job that you would want to share your experience with others. We LOVE referrals from our campaign managers and coaches. At the conclusion of your campaign, we will follow up with a quick summary of your campaign and ask for feedback on how we might improve our service. Campaign managers, Coaches and Group Leaders have the opportunity to refer others to us after the campaign ends.

SECURITY PRECAUTIONS TO PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION

The transfer of online transaction data to and from the web site is protected by the implementation of a (SSL) Secure Sockets Layer protocol. Our Verisign 128-bit secure certificate allows web browsers to verify the authenticity of our secure.onlinedonations.us domain and to communicate with our site securely, protecting confidential information from interception and hacking. It is your responsibility to keep your password secure at all times to avoid unauthorized use of your Online Donations account.

CHILDREN'S ONLINE PRIVACY PROTECTION ACT COMPLIANCE

We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act), we do not collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age without a parent's consent. Our website is directed to fundraisers who are at least 13 years old or older. Parental consent and involvement is strictly enforced in campaigns involving our Middle School participants and younger.
